My name is Wilmer Garcia and I am a proud Dominican, New Jersey based illustrator and designer. Through the use of traditional and digital media, I have specialized in animated designs that are heavily inspired by nostalgia and personal favorite shows from my childhood.

My work is typically based on my favorite titles and personal interpretations of those characters and their narratives. Creating a story through the use of composition, colors, expressions and lastly the conversations surrounding the piece is what drives me to constantly create.​
